Reporting issues or bugs

Report Tab:
In the event of an issue or bug, navigate to the "Report" tab located in the navigation bar at the top of your screen. This tab serves as your direct line to our technical support team.

Reporting a Problem:
Once you're in the "Report" section, click on "Report an Issue." You'll find a form where you can describe the problem in detail. It's essential to be as precise as possible when outlining the issue you're experiencing. Include information such as when it occurred, what you were doing at the time, and any error messages that appeared.

Attaching Screenshots:
We also recommend attaching screenshots or screen recordings that depict the problem. Visual aids can often expedite the process by providing our team with additional context.

Submit the Report:
After filling in all necessary details, click on the "Submit" button. This will send your report directly to our technical support team who will start working on your case promptly.

Follow-up and Updates:
You will receive a confirmation message that your report has been received. We will keep you updated on the progress of your issue and aim to resolve it as swiftly as possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in these matters.
