Within 14 days of service of the claim form.
(D) If the Particulars of Claim, which is a written statement containing the details of the claimant's case, are not present on the back of the claim form, they may be included in a separate written document that is served along with the claim form or within 14 days following the service of the claim form. It means that the other periods mentioned earlier are incorrect.
