Chapter 3. Dispute Resolution and Legal Proceedings

HANDLING EVIDENCE AND WITNESS TESTIMONY

1.1 Proper Treatment of Evidence

You are strictly prohibited from misusing, tampering with, or attempting to tamper with evidence. Additionally, you must avoid any actions that aim to alter the substance of evidence, such as fabricating false evidence or inducing witnesses to modify their testimony.

1.2 Guidelines for Witness Compensation

You are not permitted to offer or provide any form of benefit to a witness if such a benefit is contingent on the nature of their evidence or the outcome of the legal case.

COURTROOM DUTIES

2.1 Efficiency in Court

You have a responsibility to not squander the court’s time. Ensure that all claims, assertions, or representations made to the court or other parties are well-founded and capable of being argued effectively.

2.2 Adherence to Court Orders

You are required to abide by all court orders that impose duties on you. Additionally, you must avoid any actions that would place you in contempt of court.

2.3 Disclosure of Laws and Irregularities

It is your duty to inform the court of relevant legal precedents, statutory laws, and any procedural anomalies you are aware of that could significantly impact the outcome of the proceedings.
